Transmission mechanism: The synchronous operation of various executing components is achieved through motors, gears, cams, etc.

Control module: Using PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen human-machine interface to achieve automation control, parameter setting, and fault diagnosis.

working principle

According to different filling methods, it can be mainly divided into the following categories:

Atmospheric pressure filling machine: It relies on the weight of the liquid to fill under atmospheric pressure, and achieves quantitative control through time or liquid level. It is suitable for low viscosity gas free liquids such as milk, mineral water, soy sauce, etc;

Pressure filling machine: Filling under conditions above atmospheric pressure, using pressure difference to quickly flow liquid into the bottle, divided into equal pressure and differential pressure, suitable for carbonated liquids such as beer and soda;

Vacuum filling machine: filling when the pressure inside the bottle is lower than atmospheric pressure, suitable for high viscosity or easily oxidizable materials, suitable for syrup, fruit wine, edible oil;

Weighing filling machine: Real time monitoring of filling weight through weighing sensors, high accuracy, suitable for small doses or high-value materials, suitable for chemical raw materials, lubricants, pesticides;

Modern filling machines generally have the function of "no bottle, no filling", which detects the position of the container through photoelectric sensors to avoid waste caused by empty filling. At the same time, equipment is often equipped with anti drip systems, automatic cleaning devices, and data recording functions to improve production efficiency and hygiene standards.
