Spin‑on thread caps and partial combined thread caps with inner plugs. Not applicable: Stopper press‑in caps, snap‑on caps, aluminium roll‑on caps (aluminium caps for oral liquid). Cap size: standard φ18‑60 mm; larger sizes available upon custom request from our factory.

The complete machine consists of four continuous working procedures: bottle conveying & separating, automatic cap feeding, servo torque screw capping, inspection & discharging. Its core is closed-loop torque control via servo motor, which precisely controls the screw tightening force.
