Product Types

1. Atmospheric Pressure (Gravity) Liquid Filling Machine

Principle: Fills containers by gravity flow of liquid under atmospheric pressure, controlled by time or fixed volume.

Advantages: Simple structure, low cost, easy to clean, low energy consumption.

Applications: Low-viscosity, non-gaseous and non-easily oxidized liquids such as mineral water, liquor, soy sauce, vinegar and milk.


2. Negative Pressure (Vacuum) Liquid Filling Machine

Principle: Creates vacuum (below atmospheric pressure) in containers first, then fills by pressure difference with consistent liquid level.

Advantages: Stable filling, drip-proof, oxidation-resistant, suitable for narrow-mouth bottles, good accuracy (±0.3%).

Applications: Oral liquids, essential oils, pesticides, red wine, easily oxidized medical liquids and small-dose liquids.


3. Piston (Plunger) Type Liquid Filling Machine

Principle: Driven by servo or air cylinder for piston reciprocation, measures by fixed cavity volume and forces filling.

Advantages: Extremely high accuracy (±0.2%~0.5%), wide viscosity adaptability (1~10000mPa·s), suitable for liquids with fine particles.

Applications: Honey, syrup, sauces, shampoo, laundry detergent, creams, edible oil and viscous medical liquids.


4. Flow Meter Type Liquid Filling Machine

Principle: Real-time flow measurement via electromagnetic, gear or mass flow meters, valve control by PLC, dynamic metering.

Advantages: Wide measuring range, no part replacement for volume adjustment, high speed, easy CIP cleaning.

Applications: Lubricating oil, detergents, beverages, chemical solvents, bottled water and low-viscosity liquids.


5. Weighing Type Liquid Filling Machine

Principle: Real-time net weight measurement by load cells, stops filling when set value is reached.

Advantages: Highest accuracy (±0.1%~0.2%), unaffected by container, viscosity or temperature, ideal for high-value materials.

Applications: Edible oil, lubricating oil, chemical raw materials, medical stock solutions, large barrels and ton barrels.


6. Pressure (Isobaric/Pressurized) Liquid Filling Machine

Principle: Pressurized or isobaric filling in material storage cylinder, suitable for carbonated liquids to retain CO₂.

Advantages: Fast filling, stable carbonation, reduced foaming.

Applications: Beer, soda water, champagne, carbonated beverages and volatile liquids.
